FALCON HEALTH CENTER PHARMACY
Falcon Health Center pharmacy is located on the first floor of the Falcon Health Center facility, and provides a convenient, full-service pharmacy with drive thru.
At the Falcon Health Center Pharmacy we provide patient counseling, over-the-counter medications, third-party prescriptions, and diabetic testing supplies.
We gladly fill any prescription written by a Falcon Health Center provider or off-campus healthcare provider. Patients must present their prescription insurance card to the pharmacy at each visit.
