Sexual and Reproductive Health Services at Falcon Health Center

Sexual and reproductive health services are essential to our overall health and well-being. Access to these services helps prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs), manage menstrual health and support safe pregnancies and childbirth. These services also empower people to make informed decisions about their bodies, relationships and family planning. Educating individuals in this area promotes mutual respect and healthier relationships, benefiting not only the person but also their family and community.

At Falcon Health Center, comprehensive sexual and women’s health services are available to people of all ages. FHC provides screening for STIs such as Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Herpes. Their environment is designed to ensure that students feel safe and comfortable when seeking care. Prioritizing student health means creating a space where everyone, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender, feels welcomed and supported. FHC also offers Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for individuals at high risk for HIV. PrEP involves taking daily medication to significantly reduce the chances of contracting the virus.

FHC’s physicians and women’s health nurse practitioners deliver a wide range of services in a confidential and compassionate environment. Their goal is to ensure that students and community members feel at ease when addressing their women’s health concerns.
